OLD How Do I Request Resources?

Enhanced services are offered to assist library users (VCU faculty, staff, students, Health System employees and Preceptors) who may have difficulties/hardships retrieving materials from VCU Libraries collections because of the distance they reside from campus.  Enhanced services include:

• Arranging to have items from the VCU Libraries collections and items borrowed through interlibrary loan delivered to users' off campus homes or offices.
• Providing you with UPS shipping return labels for returning items back to VCU Libraries.

The VCU Libraries consider the following ZIP codes Metro Richmond.  Users residing in these ZIP codes are ineligible for enhanced services.  This list is subject to change.
