You will be responsible for the cost of the reprint as well as that of the original.

Common Errors when Submitting Posters

  • Please include your poster height and width in inches in the "Add notes to file" field that appears when you click "Upload."
  • Please specify poster material if printing at Tompkins-McCaw Library (fabric vs. poster paper)
  • NOTE: One side must be 40 inches or less.
  • NOTE: The poster layout should be on a single Microsoft PowerPoint slide or PDF document.
  • Submitting your file without including the information listed above will delay the processing of your request.  After your poster has been printed, you will be notified via e-mail that it is ready for pick-up.  You will be asked to pay for your poster at the time of pick-up.
