Looking for a case? Start here

The best way to find cases is to use one or more of the books listed below. You may also search ERIC for articles that mention cases - select the Articles tab for details.

  • Education Law. 7 volumes. 1984-present
    Cabell Library Reference, 1st floor, KF4119 .R36
Volume 7 has the index. This is a subscription resource updated regularly.
  • Education Law
3rd ed., 2004. Use the Table of Contents to locate your area of interest. Be sure to select "Close Item" above the Table of Contents when you are finished. (NOT an electronic version of the 7-volume set).
  • Encyclopedia of Education Law
Very easy to browse by overarching themes or by narrower topics.
(Also in print: Cabell Library Reference, 1st floor, KF4117 .E53 2008)
  • The Yearbook of Education Law
    Cabell Library Reference, 1st floor, KF4102.5 .Y4
Reviews the prior year's major school law issues.
