These instruments are designed to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of programs  that address drug abuse, related mental health problems, and social problems. Included are:

  • adolescent family, friends, and self
    • documents family and peer functioning along six dimensions: family warmth, family control, family conflict, peer trouble, peer to family, and peer socialization
  • client needs
  • client evaluation of treatment 
  • self-rating at intake
    • psychological adjustment (i.e., self-esteem, depression, anxiety, decision-making), social functioning (i.e., childhood problems, hostility, risk-taking, social conformity), and motivation (drug problems, desire for help, treatment readiness, external pressures)
  • staff needs 
  • program planning
  • organizational readiness for change
  • survey of program structure and operations
  • training and workshop evaluations
  • more
