Welcome!

The Bioinformatics team at the Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research and VCU Libraries are hosting a 5-day series of workshops focused on introducing attendees to popular genomic databases.  The intent of this workshop is to teach participants about the types of data stored in each database and how to access and navigate them.

Each day will consist of 2 hours with a mixture of presentations and hands-on session in which attendees will complete an assignment.

Content is currently being updated for the 2018 workshop.

Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who register for and attend at least 4 of the 5 sessions, and complete the workshop assignments and a short survey after the course has concluded. Certificates will be emailed in the weeks after the workshop.
