Streaming Media at VCU Libraries

Criterion Pictures handles exclusive non-theatrical film licensing for film studios including 20th Century Studios, SearchLight Pictures, Troma Films, New Concorde, among others

VCU Libraries does not maintain a subscription collection from Criterion Pictures, and instead purchases one-year streaming agreements for individual films requested by faculty for course instruction. Currently accessible titles can be found on the proxied Criterion On Demand page.

Faculty members who would like to use a Criterion Pictures title for course content should contact Savannah Etzler (etzlers@vcu.edu) to verify the license expiration date for the film.
