About CSE Style

CSE Style is the standard for publications in the biological, plant, zoological, and microbial sciences, and is maintained by the Council of Science Editors (CSE). CSE expanded the scope of the style in 2006 to include virtually all scientific disciplines, but retained the emphasis on the physical and life sciences.
