Registration Tips:

• Name: Enter the name you would like to be called. For information on changing your name of use with other university systems, visit Call Me By My Name. 
• Contact information: We rely on the information in your ILLiad record to send you updates about your requests. Please update your contact information in ILLiad if it changes.
  • Use your VCU email address.
  • Enter a telephone number where you can be reached Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Address is optional, unless you are an eligible user interested in our Mail to Address services. If so:
    • First, make sure you select Mail to Address under the drop-down menu labelled "Delivery Method."
    • If you are faculty, staff, or a VCU Health employee and need materials delivered to your office on the Monroe Park or MCV Campus, enter your VCU Campus Box address. 
    • If you live outside of the Metro Richmond area and need materials shipped to you, enter your home address.
• Department: Select “Other” if you do not see a department that meets your major or employment area. We continue to add and revise the list of departments as the University changes. This field is used for statistical purposes and does not affect your eligibility for services.
