The DMPTool (dmptool.org) helps researchers:

Data management means different things to different people. If you're looking for "the DMS" for a data management plan for security, such as securing your data in an IRB protocol, that's different from these data management plans for funder-required data management planning. FOr security DMPs, visit https://dms.vcu.edu. Then log in with your eID and go to Projects > Create a Project.
