Grants and Funds in Health Sciences

The ORI Research Development team can assist faculty with obtaining external funding. Their services include identifying sponsors, building collaborative teams, supporting proposal development, providing training, and working with funding agencies.

VCU's Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research can assist you with finding potential funding, and point you to VCU resources that can help you with your research (e.g. biostatistics support, bioinformatics support, regulatory resources, etc.).

The Biostatistical Consulting Laboratory (BCL) offers free consultation services. Collaborators requesting biostatistical support from the BCL should expect to work with at least one graduate student who is supervised by a Biostatistics faculty member.
