Enter your search terms and get your results in PubMed

Change the sort order from Most Recent to Best Match

If you care about publication dates, use the date limiters.

Look at the other limiters available and use the ones appropriate for you.

When you've found something that looks interesting, use the gold and black Get it @ VCU link on that item's page to access it via VCU Libraries.
