OLD How Do I Request Resources?

We rely on the information you provide at registration to send notices to send notices and materials. Updating your address in VCU eServices does NOT update your address in ILLiad. You will be held responsible for materials shipped to the incorrect address. Additionally, we rely on your email address to send notifications.

To update your user information:

1. Log into your ILLiad account.
2. Click on the "Change User Information" link on the left menu.
3. Change any information you need.
4. Press the "Submit Information" button to save your changes.
