OnePrint machines scan materials for free! Scanners feature a flatbed scanner and feeder to accept documents. You can also find a ScannX machine and book scanner on the 1st floor that can send your scans free to an email, USB drive, or Google Drive.

Scanning services for PCs and Macs are located on the lower level of Cabell Library in The Workshop (Innovative Media). Scan images, slides, negatives, transparencies, and text to a variety of digital formats. Scanners are equipped with large flatbeds and automatic document feeders. Software includes Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, Scansoft Omnipage 15 and more.

Scanning Services for PCs and Macs
Scanning services at the Health Sciences Library are located on the first and second floors. These stations can be used for scanning images, text, slides, and microfilm. The microfilm scanner is not connected to the network, so please bring a USB drive to save your files. Software available at these stations includes Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Illustrator.
Multimedia Collaboration Room
Scanning is also available in the Multimedia Collaboration Room (MCR), on the basement level in room B-037. The MCR is a self-service facility available to VCU faculty, staff, and students for multimedia computing and study. Orientations to the MCR are available.
